WISEscope : For us ‘WISE’ is an acronym which stands for Work-based Initiatives leading to Sustainable Employment. We work closely with a range of organisations both large and small – providing people with the advice, skills and experience they need to succeed; and also providing services of local community benefit.

WISEmission : Our core mission is ultimately to help people get jobs and keep them. We do this by providing a range of work-focused initiatives and support.

WISEvision : We strive to be the most dependable, creative, challenging, inspirational provider of guidance, training and work experience in the region. We are proud of our high levels of success and achievement in building confidence, skills and the potential of our learners and customers. We firmly believe our success is a direct result of the unique approach taken by our dedicated and caring staff.
