Job Preparation Programmes
Since 1997 boltonWISE has been involved in the high profile and successful delivery of a range of government funded programmes
These are designed to provide innovative ways of helping unemployed and economically inactive people back into work by:
- Providing training towards accredited work focused qualifications,
- Information, advice and guidance in accessing training and education opportunities,
- Providing temporary waged employment opportunities,
- Supporting individuals on work experience placements,
- Job matching our clients to employers with vacancies,
- Guiding clients in the preparation of CVs and application forms,
- Offering guidance and mentoring support,
Providing job preparation and interview technique workshops
Close working relationships have been built up with the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), Jobcentre Plus and European Social Fund (ESF), all of whom offer important sources of funding.
We work in partnership with like-minded organisations both large and small, in delivering our support programmes to the communities in which we are known and trusted.
