Breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and drinks are served in comfortable surroundings by our welcoming and friendly staff. We also provide ‘take out’ sandwiches to order and buffets for family functions and business meetings.

Situated just off the end of the A333 on Brownlow Way, Halliwell, Bolton (BL1 3UB) The World Café still reflects its origins as a welcoming public house. The premises have been sensitively converted to provide a café, patio area, function/training room, and hair and beauty salon. Our building and adjoining free car park offers a warm and welcoming venue for :

Breakfasts, lunches, drinks and snacks – We are open on weekdays from 8.00am until 2.30pm. Occasionally we are open until later and on Saturday’s. Please ring to check before you come.

Buffets – free local delivery to your home or work premises. We only use fresh ingredients. All orders are freshly prepared from our newly refurbished premises, and are beautifully presented and garnished to meet your expectations. Prices are inclusive of serviettes, paper plates and disposable cutlery if required.

Group bookings – for lunches, meet up with friends, family or work colleagues. Maybe your group are looking for somewhere new to try…

Family Parties – just ring to enquire about room hire with the option of on-site catering.
